Role Description

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and closing deals on medical and laboratory equipment. He/she will identify business opportunities, engage healthcare institutions, laboratories, and key stakeholders, and ensure consistent revenue growth.

The role involves promoting the company's medical product portfolio, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support. The ideal candidate will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications


A first degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a medical related field
Minimum of 3 - 7 years' experience in medical or laboratory equipment sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
Strong knowledge of medical and laboratory equipment is an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
