Applicants must:
be a citizen of Kenya;
hold at least a Bachelor's Degree from an institution recognised in Kenya in any of the following fields:
Law
Accounting
Land economics
Social work
Finance and investment
Architecture; or
Administration
qualifications in Islamic studies will be an added advantage
have at least five (5) years post qualification experience in the field/area of expertise; and,
meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
