Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Designer located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The MEP Designer will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, designing mechanical systems, and using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Other responsibilities include conducting research and development to improve designs and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
This role offers opportunities to work collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and relevant design software.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in MEP design within the consulting and construction industry
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Must be COREN registered.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with building codes and MEP coordination is a plus
