Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years' experience in sales, merchandising, or customer-facing roles.
Experience in the building materials, FMCG, or related industry is preferred.
Good communication, selling, customer-handling, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
Basic computer/mobile reporting and WhatsApp skills.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Decorative Paints and generate demand at assigned dealer outlets.
Engage walk-in customers and recommend suitable products.
Build relationships with painters, contractors, and other key influencers.
Visit nearby construction sites/projects, generate leads, and follow up for conversion.
Support product displays, promotions, and secondary sales at dealer outlets.
Share market/competitor feedback and maintain daily/weekly activity reports.
