Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years of proven experience in store merchandising
Proficiency in computer applications
Experience merchandising pharmaceutical or OTC products is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain attractive in-store product displays
Monitor stock levels and coordinate product replenishment
Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising activities
Build relationships with retail store staff and ensure merchandising compliance
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Ensure accurate pricing, labelling, and planogram compliance
Educate customers and store staff on product features and benefits
Prepare reports on merchandising activities, stock levels, and sales performance
