Key responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with the relevant stakeholders to drive merchandising and promotion related KPIs.
Assist with converting new buyers to the Mr D platform through merchandising and promotional initiatives.
Supporting the team with the management of the Coupon tool (campaign set up, monitoring and reporting).
Set up, execute & monitor restaurant promotions in the Mr D promotion system
