Key responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to support product assortment and placement decisions.
Support the development of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
Prepare reports and presentations on product performance, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to implement merchandising plans.
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required within the merchandising team.
