Key Responsibilities
Provide an integrated HR operational support and services to cluster, region or mega construction BU
Align HR strategy to cluster, region or mega construction business strategy and objectives
Drive the development and execution of HR Service Level Agreements
Ensure compliance to Human Resources Policies, Procedures and other external labour regulations Performance improvement and optimisation of Human Resources function

Qualification(s):
B-Degree / B Tech in Behavioural Sciences or Human Resources at NQF 7 with 360 Credits
Experience:
7 years of Management experience and HR Generalist experience
