Key Responsibilities
Lead project team in initiating and supporting the business to identify areas of Improvement
Lead team problem solving for specific projects and coordinate inputs from clients and leadership
Provide consulting services
Oversee the daily project team management and accept accountability for deliverables during project execution
Provide support to the organisation's executive committee
Coach junior and senior consultants in projects and provide overall guidance during an initiative
Ensure personal development
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s)
B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Engineering/Science/Commerce/Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
Related Experience:
7 years' Working experience in project management, performance management and/or consulting environment
