PURPOSE
To implement all designated tasks in addition to existing job requirement for the efficient running of the mill.
THE JOB
Take measurement of wheat and wheat products level in the storage silos.
Sample and analyze of flour streams.
Coordinate taking of chemical draw rate.
Maintain good housekeeping & hygiene of the mill.
Comply with QMS and FSMS requirement.
Compliance to all Health & Safety regulations.
Carry out essential production (breakdown and preventive) maintenance to minimize downtime.
Documentation of process reading and quality analysis report.
THE PERSON MUST
Have good verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with milling machines, including setup, operation, and basic maintenance.
Understanding of milling tools, including types, uses, and maintenance.
Knowledge of material handling techniques, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials
QUALIFICATIONS
5 O' level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings.
Technical certification would be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
