Responsibilties
You will craft quality cocktails and other beverages to enhance the dining experience of patrons at bars, restaurants, or other hospitality establishments.
You will be well-versed in the art of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customers' preferences among other functions like:
Understanding and executing traditional and new drink recipes
Creating innovative cocktails with an understanding of flavor profiles and presentation
Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or personal judgment
Providing excellent customer service, taking orders and serving customers
Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
Staying updated on current beverage trends and making appropriate recommendations to guests
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area adhering to all safety and health regulations
Checking customers' identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age.
