Key Responsibilities
Preparing drinks and cocktails: Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
Creating cocktail menus: Designs unique drink recipes that match the hotel's style or theme.
Guest interaction: Engages with guests, recommends drinks, and delivers excellent customer service.
Maintaining the bar area: Keeps the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Inventory management: Monitors liquor stock, orders supplies, and minimizes waste.
Ensuring compliance: Follows health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Daily Tasks:
Setting up the bar before service
Mixing and serving drinks
Creating new cocktail ideas
Checking stock levels
Cleaning and closing the bar
Qualifications
Experience as a bartender or mixologist
Training in bartending or mixology (preferred)
Knowledge of different spirits and drink combinations
