Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project monitoring tools and databases.
Collect, verify, analyze, and report project data.
Track project indicators against targets.
Conduct routine field monitoring visits.
Support assessments, surveys, and evaluations.
Manage beneficiary feedback and complaint mechanisms.
Ensure data quality and compliance with data protection standards.
Produce monthly monitoring reports and dashboards.
Facilitate learning and reflection sessions.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in MEAL within humanitarian or development programs.
Proficiency in Excel, Kobo Collect, ODK, Power BI, or other data management tools.
Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Experience with donor-funded projects, preferably ECHO-funded.
