Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or M&E.
2+ years of hands-on experience in M&E, MEAL or Data Analysis roles.
Prior training and teaching experience is an advantage.
Solid understanding of: Logframes, Theory of Change, and Data Collection.
Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis, Reporting, and Visualization.
Relevant software skills are a plus e.g. SPSS, STATA, or KoboToolbox.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Patient, supportive and passionate about education and mentorship.
