LEAP Africa is recruiting to fill the position of: Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Officer. The position is located in Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess a Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related field with 13 years of relevant post-NYSC experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning, preferably within the non-profit, development, or social impact sector.
