Job Description
This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding consistency, and audience engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and events
Develop animated explainer videos and promotional content for AI, policy, and innovation programs
Collaborate with the design, communications, and media teams to translate concepts into engaging visual narratives
Edit short-form and long-form video content when required
Ensure brand consistency across all animated assets
Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and emerging creative technologies.
Requirements
2 - 4 years of experience in Motion Design or a related role
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools is an advantage
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animated videos, and digital storytelling projects
Ability to interpret briefs and deliver under tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualities
Experience working with tech, innovation, education, or development-focused organizations
Understanding of digital storytelling for policy, advocacy, and youth-focused audiences
Creative thinker with strong conceptual development skills.
