You will be responsible for:
Selling parts to counter customers, workshop, and panel shop
Handling high volume telesales enquiries and quotations
Identifying correct parts and ensuring excellent customer service
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with technicians, service advisors and customers
Ensuring accurate invoicing, picking slips and stock queries
Working on dealer systems and maintaining clean administration
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
At least 3 years Parts Sales experience in a franchised motor dealership
Solid exposure to:
Counter Sales, Workshop Sales and Panel Shop Tele Sales
Matric Certificate
Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
A strong track record of being target-driven and performance focused
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills and a professional customer-focused attitude
