Pupose of The Position
To strengthen quality, compliance, financial control, and risk management within the Motor Insurance portfolio through independent review of motor underwriting, policy administration, and claims processes.
The successful candidate will provide data-led assurance to the Head of Motor by identifying control weaknesses, potential fraud, claims leakage, cost trends, compliance exceptions, and emerging portfolio risks, while recommending timely corrective actions that improve profitability, reduce leakage, and reinforce operational discipline.
Role Description
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in motor insurance, preferably across underwriting, claims, quality assurance, audit, compliance, fraud review, or insurance analytics.
Professional insurance qualification such as ACII, CII, or equivalent is an advantage.
Certification in fraud, risk, audit, compliance, or data analytics is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of motor insurance underwriting and claims processes, compliance reviews, and control testing.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in Power BI or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.
High integrity, professional judgment, strong attention to detail, and excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
