Job Description
The job holder will lead the development and execution of high-impact visual content across digital and physical platforms. This role combines brand design, motion graphics, video production, 3D video rendering and development, and visual effects expertise to deliver compelling and technically sound creative outputs. The position requires strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage outsourced creative teams effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
Brand & Graphic Design
Design and develop core brand assets including corporate identity materials,campaign collaterals, social media posts
Develop cohesive event branding and signage systems, ensuring visual consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
Perform high-end photo editing and retouching for marketing campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and corporate communications.
Video & Motion Production
Manage all phases of post-production including:
Video editing
Color correction and grading
Audio mixing and sound enhancement
Final mastering and export optimization
Design and execute motion graphics and animations for:
Promotional videos
Social media campaigns
Digital advertising initiatives
Develop and integrate 3D modeling and animation into video projects to create immersive and visually engaging experiences.
Technical Execution
Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to ensure all visual outputs meet both technical specifications and creative standards.
Maintain well-organized project files and asset libraries, ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines, quality benchmarks, and platform requirements.
Oversee coordination and quality control of the external creative agency to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualifications
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a closely related field/A Higher Diploma in creative arts or a related field combined with extensive, proven industry experience may be considered.
Portfolio: A comprehensive, standout digital portfolio or showreel demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and 3D/VFX work is mandatory for consideration.
Experience
Years of Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience working as a Multimedia Designer, Motion Designer, or Video Producer, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment, creative agency, or global brand.
Agency & Project Management: Proven experience in coordinating, briefing, and managing external creative vendors or advertising agencies to ensure quality and timeline compliance.
Multimedia Production: Demonstrated hands-on experience covering the entire lifecycle of creative production—from conceptual mood boards and storyboarding to post-production, mixing, and final platform optimization.
Technical & Soft Skills
Strong expertise in graphic design, visual storytelling, and brand communication.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong working knowledge of 3D design and animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar) is highly advantageous.
Deep understanding of brand guidelines and maintaining rigid visual consistency across various touchpoints.
Strong knowledge of digital formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements (social media, web, programmatic advertising).
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to timelines, quality, and asset organization.
Strong attention to detail with an uncompromising focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency.
