KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor automated nail-making machines to achieve optimal production efficiency. Ensure all finished products meet defined quality standards and production specifications. Regularly measure workpieces and finished nails (including length and head diameter) using micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools. Install and securely set up die plates, nail-point cutting knives, and headers.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain continuous production flow.
Maintain accurate production records and report any inconsistencies or defects.
Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years' experience in nail-making or similar machinery
Strong understanding of mechanical processes
Familiar with micrometers and gauges
Basic maintenance & troubleshooting skills
High attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and in a team
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
Technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset. Good communication and organizational skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Factory/industrial setting with exposure to machinery and production equipment.
