Responsibilities
Assessing and treating patients with or at risk of developing kidney diseases or problems.
Reviewing a patient's medical history.
Administering medication to patients.
Assisting with dialysis treatment.
Discussing symptoms with a patient.
Helping with diagnostic procedures.
Perform dialysis procedures
Assess, educate, and treat patients with kidney problems
Stabilize patients
Assist during surgeries or other procedures
Recommend diet options to patients
Advise patients on a healthy lifestyle and other ways to attenuate kidney disease
Establish and administer effective treatment plans for patients.
Qualifications
Academic: Relevant qualifications as a nephrology nurse.
Professional License: Must have a valid and updated practicing license.
Work Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of working experience.
Computer skills: Candidate must have good knowledge of computers.
Registration: The ideal candidate must be a member of the relevant professional body.
