Network expansion- Ensure to onboard new dealers/ tasses as per KRA.
Spearheading, coordination and overseeing dealer sales, (Units, Parts & Service)
Dealer account management
Account reconciliation
Trade receivables collection
Vendor payments
Dealer support
Dealer branding
Dealer events coordination
Provision of merchandise
Display/Consignment units' management
Launch activities
Dealer communication
Stock levels
Price guidelines
Technical updates and support
New products
Ensure compliance with ISO9001 compliance.
Scouting and appointing at least three dealers in a Quarter across Kenya.
Understanding customers' business and recommend requirements.
Managing and consolidating dealer/TASSes pipeline.
Achieving Sales & Aftersales Targets through Dealers /TASSes (As per ABP)
Present monthly overall market summary, sales and aftersales strategies to Business Head & Aftersales Head
Timely client communications and deliverables.
Identifying & executing product promotion and branding activities across country to increase awareness and reach.
Excellent knowledge/understanding of Vertical and Dual Reporting

BCOM Sales and Marketing / Mechanical Engineer / Any Relevant Degree.
