The Role
You will be responsible for driving sales performance while helping shape the identity and market presence of a fast-growing brand. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating and developing the New Car Sales Team
Driving new vehicle sales volumes, profitability and CSI
Implementing creative, out-the-box sales and marketing strategies
Working closely with marketing teams on digital, social and showroom campaigns
Managing daily sales processes, pipelines, forecasting and reporting
Ensuring compliance with OEM standards and dealership policies
Setting the pace, energy and culture within the sales floor
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
At least 2 years New Car Sales Management experience within a franchised motor dealership
A proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and influence
A creative mindset with a hands-on approach to sales and marketing
Solid understanding of dealership sales processes and OEM standards
