Minimum Requirements


Previous vehicle sales experience essential
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
Computer literate and skilled in MS Office
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Valid unendorsed driver's license
Clear criminal record


Duties and Responsibilities


Network and build relationships within the motor industry Establish strong connections with OEMs, dealerships, fleet managers, and industry stakeholders to drive brand visibility and long-term partnerships.
Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Promote new and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, and service packages, consistently meeting or surpassing dealership sales objectives.
Target new customers and business opportunities to aid portfolio growth Identify and pursue opportunities with corporate fleets, rental companies, and individual buyers to expand the dealership's customer base.
Manage the sales process to ensure CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Oversee the end-to-end sales journey—from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery—ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and maximizing customer satisfaction scores.
Manage customer relationships and deliver efficient service Provide transparent communication, tailored financing solutions, and after-sales support to both retail clients and internal teams, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Adhere to dealer standards and prescribed work processes Operate within OEM guidelines, dealership policies, and regulatory requirements to maintain brand integrity and operational excellence.
