Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-of-day audits of sales, cash, credit card transactions, and POS reports
Reconcile daily revenue from the restaurant and lounge, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Prepare daily financial and operational reports for management
Ensure accurate posting of charges, payments, and adjustments
Secure cash, receipts, and financial documents in accordance with company policies
Monitor overnight operations to ensure compliance with financial controls and service standards
Coordinate with management regarding any irregularities or notable events
Maintain confidentiality of financial and guest information
Support closing procedures for fine dining and lounge operations
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in accounting or hospitality management is a plus
Previous experience in hospitality, night audit, or accounting preferred
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with POS systems and basic accounting software
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
