The Night Security Supervisor will oversee all night-time security activities, supervise guards on shift, enforce access control procedures, monitor surveillance systems, and ensure immediate response tany security or safety incidents.
Requirements
Key Experience & Profile Required
Minimum 5 years' security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Prior experience in:
Factories, FMCG plants, or large warehouses
Night shift security operations
Strong knowledge of:
Guard deployment and supervision
Access control and vehicle movement
Incident reporting and escalation
Ability tmanage and discipline security personnel
Physically fit and able tconduct night patrols
High integrity with a clean background record
Qualifications
Minimum KCSE (Diploma in Security Management is an added advantage)
Basic computer literacy for reporting purposes
