Key Responsibilities
Teach and manage a nursery class of young learners effectively.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that make learning interesting and
engaging.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and
confidence in pupils.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and moral conduct.
Monitor and assess pupils' progress and provide feedback to parents and school management.
Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Be friendly, approachable, and professional in interactions with pupils and staff.
Contribute to the growth and development of the school by participating in school activities and
initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of OND in Education or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience teaching nursery classes.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Ability to make learning fun, engaging, and effective for young children.
High moral character and professionalism.
Punctual, friendly, and approachable to pupils.
Willingness to grow professionally and contribute to the school's development.
