Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution;
Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya;
Valid Practicing License from the Nursing Council of Kenya; and
Certificate in Computer Application Skills.
Job Description
Providing holistic care by assessing, formulating, planning, and implementing evidence-based nursing care;
Conducting risk identification and assessment of individuals;
Ensuring a safe nursing care environment;
Conducting community health risk assessment and providing outcome-based interventions;
Referring patients and clients appropriately;
Facilitating patients' admission and initiating discharge plans; and
Maintaining nursing records on patients/clients personal and health condition/care
