Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated NYSC corps member to join our team in an Accounting capacity. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of basic accounting operations, is organised, reliable, and able to handle financial records with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and proper documentation of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and petty cash records
Assist with expense tracking, reconciliations, and maintaining organised financial records
Help ensure accurate filing and record-keeping for all financial documents
Assist in preparing simple financial summaries and reports when required
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Must be a currently serving NYSC corps member
A degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Very strong analytical skills, especially in tracking financial data
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any other accounting related software.
Organised, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
