Summary
Lily Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G) Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality maternal and reproductive healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff in the O&G unit
Ensure adherence to clinical standards, patient safety protocols, and infection control practices
Coordinate antenatal, labour, delivery, postnatal, and gynaecological care services
Monitor patient care plans and ensure quality service delivery
Support obstetric emergencies and operate relevant medical equipment
Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Registered Nurse & Midwife (RN/RM) with valid practicing license
B.NSc or relevant qualification (Post-basic Midwifery required)
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with leadership experience in O&G
Strong knowledge of maternal and neonatal care protocols
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to function effectively in high-pressure clinical situations.
