Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant with 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Odoo ERP solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong business process understanding and the ability to translate client requirements into effective Odoo solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
Provide functional support and training to end users
Prepare functional documentation (BRD, SRS, user manuals)
Work closely with technical teams for customization and integration
Perform system testing and support UAT activities
Ensure smooth deployment and post-implementation support
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, or related field
2 - 3 years of relevant experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP (functional side)
Experience in multiple Odoo modules (Accounting knowledge is a plus)
Good understanding of business workflows and processes
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
