Our client is an automobile business specialising in the sales and servicing of vehicles and auto parts, delivering efficient customer service and maintaining strong operational processes to support daily business activities.

Working Terms: Monday - Saturday | 8:30am - 6:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES


Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
Maintain proper filing systems for documents, invoices, and records
Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents as required
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff schedules
Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement
Support basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking
Assist management with operational coordination and follow-ups
Ensure the office environment is organised, clean, and functional
Maintain confidentiality of company information and records


REQUIREMENTS


OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced automobile business environment
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
Proximity to Ladipo Mushin is an added advantage
