Introduction

A leading property valuation company based in Benoni, dedicated to providing accurate and reliable property assessments, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team on a half-day, hybrid basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle invoicing and quotations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and filing.
  • Communicate professionally via telephone and email, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Organize and manage office tasks efficiently to support daily operations.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining company databases.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including working with formulas, data analysis, and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with invoicing, quotations, and general administrative duties.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
  • Must have driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans. 

Package & Remuneration

R 8 000 per month + performance bonus.
