Job Summary


The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Receive and attend to visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Handle filing, record-keeping, and document management.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and other administrative tasks.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery when required.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and office activities.
Distribute documents and information to relevant departments and staff.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
Assist management and other departments with administrative duties as assigned.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and report any faults promptly.


Requirements


Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
