Purpose of the Role


To ensure a clean, neat, and conducive working environment for staff and guests of The Bible Society, in line with required standards and work schedules.
To contribute to organizational goals by maintaining a professional office environment and supporting administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Facility Support:


Ensure thorough cleaning of office rooms, desks, shelves, chairs, windows, and other office equipment.
Maintain a clean, neat, and welcoming office environment at all times.
Adhere to established cleaning schedules and standards.


Administrative Support:


Properly record and track incoming and outgoing mail within assigned offices.
Support confidential secretaries in mail documentation and filing processes.


Organizational Support:


Assist in distributing Holy Scriptures as required by the organization.
Support fundraising activities for the organization when necessary.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervising officer.


Person Specification
Educational Qualification and Experience:


Minimum of Senior School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent qualification with 1 year experience
Previous experience in office cleaning or administrative support is an advantage.

Ability to maintain cleanliness and order consistently.
Basic record-keeping ability.
