We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and keep our busy office running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator and have keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and supporting our team to do their best work.
Creating and improving office systems and processes to keep everything running efficiently.
Allocating tasks and managing workloads. Always making sure the right people are focused on the right things.
Reporting on office operations and identifying ways to make things work even better.
Keeping communication clear across departments and helping the whole team stay connected.
Taking ownership of the office environment by ensuring it's a space that's organized, productive, and positive.
What We're Looking For
3 - 4 years' experience working in a busy, fast-moving office.
Someone who's self-sufficient and can work confidently without close supervision.
Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more -you know how to lead, motivate, and bring people together.
Experience in the design and build sector (or a similar creative, project-based environment).
Strong organizational and people skills-you're a natural manager who can balance tasks, personalities, and priorities.
Educated to Degree level or higher.
Confident with IT systems, ideally Google Workspace (G-Suite).
Some knowledge of HR, accounting, or contracting is a bonus.
