About the Role
Emile Creer Innovations Limited is hiring an experienced Office Registered Nurse (RN) to support our home health agency operations.
This position is office-based in Lagos and focuses on clinical documentation review, quality assurance (QA), and oversight of home health records. The Office RN plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and survey readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Documentation Review:
Review and sign:
Medication Profiles
RN Comprehensive assessments
Physician orders
Communications
Complete and sign:
New MD orders
New communications
Medication Profile Updates
Discharge and Transfer assessments
Quality Assurance (QA):
Perform QA review of:
Communications
Orders
RN Comprehensive assessments (OASIS: SOC, Recertification, Discharge, Transfer) o Skilled Nursing (SN) notes
HHA notes, care plans, and orders
Conduct chart audits for:
Active patients
Discharged patients
Reports & Monitoring:
Maintain and review reports in EMR, including:
Infection control
Incidents
Complaints
Monitor and track HbA1c results (every 90 days for applicable patients).
Home Health Aide (HHA) Oversight:
Review and sign HHA notes, orders, and care plans.
Conduct HHA supervisory visits to ensure quality and compliance.
Administrative & Office Duties:
Ensure clinical records and reports are properly organized and available for survey readiness.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or related setting.
Strong working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
MUST Be Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word/OneDrive.
Excellent organizational, auditing, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
Computer proficiency is a MUST as this position is fully computerized, only office based.
