Job Description


To identify, analyse, redesign, and automate business processes across Operations and Business units, leveraging data‑driven insights and digital tools to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance client experience.

First Degree


Field of Study:


IT, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field


Preferred Certifications / Added Advantage


Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
Data analytics certifications
Project Management (Agile or PMP fundamentals)


Experience Required


2-3 years
Demonstrated experience in process engineering, automation or data analysis.
Experience with digital transformation or workflow automation.
