Job Description
To ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant execution of card operations across the entire card lifecycle, including issuance, transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement, in line with internal policies and card scheme (Visa/Mastercard) requirements. The role is responsible for maintaining operational integrity and financial accuracy through timely reconciliation, effective resolution of exceptions, proper management of suspense accounts, and provision of accurate and reliable reporting.

Experience Required
2-3 years
At least two years' hands-on experience in card operations
Strong understanding of card operations lifecycle (issuance, authorization, clearing, settlement)
Knowledge of VISA and Mastercard scheme rules
Reconciliation and suspense account management skills
Familiarity with card management systems and core banking platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Strong numerical and analytical skills
