MAIN FUNCTIONS
Manage operational risks and implement corrective actions when required.
Monitor drilling parameters and recommend improvements to maximize performance.
Ensure proper well control practices are maintained throughout operations.
Review and approve daily drilling reports and operational documentation.
Ensure continuous compliance with well control standards.
Verify the functionality and testing of Blowout Preventer (BOP) systems.
Monitor kick detection and well control indicators.
Lead well control operations when necessary.
Ensure personnel maintain valid well control certifications.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
15 + Years of experience
Bachelors/ 3-5 yr Degree
