Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate onshore and offshore survey operations, ensuring high-quality data acquisition and reporting.
Lead teams in the use of equipment such as GNSS, USBL, multibeam echosounders, side-scan sonar, and sub-bottom profilers.
Oversee the planning, execution, and closeout of multiple survey projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Interface with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors to manage expectations, resources, and logistics.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all projects.Mentor junior survey staff and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Hydrography, Geophysics, Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years' experience in offshore/onshore survey operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or project management role.
Proficient in survey software (e.g., QINSy, EIVA, Hypack, Caris) and data processing techniques.
Valid offshore medical (OGUK), BOSIET/FOET, and other required offshore certifications.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with asset integrity, pipeline inspection, or subsea construction support surveys.
