Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Reliability Engineer III to drive asset reliability, optimize equipment performance, and improve production availability across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead reliability improvement initiatives and asset performance optimization.
Analyze equipment and unit performance data to identify reliability threats and improvement opportunities.
Manage production availability threats and maintain the threats database.
Benchmark equipment performance against industry standards and similar facilities.
Support lifecycle asset management, risk mitigation, and loss elimination strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert on cause-and-effect methodology and reliability best practices.
Resolve complex technical issues and provide expert reliability guidance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in reliability engineering within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of asset reliability, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle asset management.
Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills.
Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership on complex engineering challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
