Oilfield Drilling and Completion Project Manager at Scruples Resources

Key Responsibilities


Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple product lines.
Manage customer relationships and ensure contractual commitments are achieved.
Drive project performance through risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Manage project revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Oversee project schedules, resource planning, readiness reviews, and contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with HSE, company, and customer requirements.
Lead project reviews, performance reporting, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to support business growth.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Substantial experience in the energy industry, including drilling, completions, well intervention, P&A, or related operations.
Extensive experience managing complex operational projects.
Strong technical knowledge of drilling and completions activities.
Experience managing project financial performance and commercial risks.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent operations and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Well Control awareness/certification is an advantage.
