Role Overview


This is your chance to join our exciting Onboarding Operations capability, the "engine room" responsible for accelerating our customers through the best possible journey. You won't just be ticking boxes on a checklist; you will be the driver behind our revenue, ensuring our clients move from "sign up" to "transacting" with record speed.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Onboarding Acceleration Specialist to join our growing team; this is your opportunity to develop front-line compliance experience, partnering with Sales and developing your customer-facing skillset, whilst being directly involved in a strategically critical capability.


What You'll Be Doing


Work closely with the Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client transition.
Provide personalised support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding journey, helping them with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements.
Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks or delays in the onboarding process, such as missing or inconsistent client information.
Monitor and track onboarding progress against established timelines and key performance indicators.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of the onboarding function.


What You Need


Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in onboarding, project management, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
