Role Summary:
The Online Sales Manager will drive revenue growth across all digital channels by building high-converting sales funnels, optimizing customer journeys, and leading our online sales operations.
This role is not just about managing orders, it is about owning the entire digital sales engine, from traffic generation to conversion, retention, and repeat purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Revenue Growth.
Drive and exceed online sales revenue targets across all digital channels.
Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and repeat orders.
Own and manage the full online sales funnel from awareness to conversion and retention.
Execute digital campaigns (social media, paid ads, email/WhatsApp marketing) to drive traffic and sales.
Sales Funnel & Conversion Optimization.
Design and optimize high-converting customer journeys across all touchpoints.
Improve conversion rates through A/B testing (offers, creatives, CTAs, landing pages).
Monitor and optimize key metrics: Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), ROI.
Work closely with content, design, and operations teams to improve user experience.
Third-Party Platform Management.
Manage and optimize all third-party platforms (Chowdeck, Glovo, etc.)
Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility.
Drive platform-specific campaigns to boost order volume.
Maintain strong relationships with platform partners and resolve operational issues.
Customer Engagement, Sales & Retention.
Ensure fast, professional, and conversion-focused responses across:
WhatsApp.
Instagram DMs.
Other online channels.
Build systems to improve customer retention and repeat purchase.
Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers.
Work with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Team & Process Management
Recruit, train, and manage the online sales team (DM handlers, customer reps, etc.).
Build structured processes for handling inquiries, closing sales, and follow-ups.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for the team.
Drive a culture of speed, accuracy, and sales excellence.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and traffic patterns.
Provide actionable insights to improve revenue and efficiency.
Present weekly and monthly reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
3 - 5 years experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
Experience in QSR, food delivery, or fast-paced retail environment is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of:
Digital sales funnels
Performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting).
E-commerce platforms and order systems
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent leadership and team management ability.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
