Our hotel, VIRGINROSE RESORTS is looking for an operation manager with a minimum of one year experience to join our already thriving team and come to add more values to our organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
Oversee all activities of each department in the organization.
Finding ways to increase quality of customer service.
Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
Enforcing regulatory and safety standards.
Planning inventory and oversee efficiency.
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Managing budgets and forecast.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Outstanding organizational skill
Excellent communication skills.
Coordinating different teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.
