Role Objective


Our client, based in Nairobi, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day business operations while providing administrative and executive support to management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting executive functions in a fast-paced environment.


Core Duties and Responsibilities


Support the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, and travel arrangements for management.
Provide executive support, including diary management, reservations, and other personal assistant duties as required.
Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and operational documents.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper handling of confidential records and documentation.
Coordinate communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory, and coordinate timely procurement and maintenance.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Track operational tasks and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Support management with general administrative duties and perform any other duties assigned from time to time.


Job Specifications and Qualifications


Diploma in Business Administration, Communication or related area.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
At least 2 years relevant work experience.
