About the Job


They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Clerk to support daily operational activities.
The role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate operational records, coordinating documentation, and supporting internal reporting processes.


Responsibilities


Accompany driver for daily pickups and deliveries
Handle collection and delivery of letters and parcels
Sort pickups and deliveries in the office before and after routes
Assist in planning delivery sequences to avoid waste of time
Ensure items are properly accounted for during handover.


Qualifications


OND, B.Sc./HND in Admin or a related discipline.
1 - 2 years of relevant Logistic experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft suits (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).


Competency & Skill Requirements:


Technical Competencies:
Good knowledge of Lagos areas and road networks
Confident use of Google Maps and navigation apps
Physically fit and able to move in and out of the vehicle frequently
Basic reading and writing skills for records and delivery notes
Disciplined, punctual, and reliable.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
