Responsibilities
Manage the firm's day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales, visa application, and administrative teams.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure enquiries and client applications are handled promptly and professionally.
Track sales performance and work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
Develop and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
Resolve operational issues, client complaints, and internal escalations promptly.
Monitor client files to ensure applications are progressing within agreed timelines.
Produce operational and sales reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and data protection requirements.
Coordinate staff schedules, workload allocation, and departmental priorities.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
Work closely with senior management to implement business improvement initiatives and achieve organisational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, office management, team leadership, customer service, or a similar role.
Previous experience managing teams in a professional services, travel, immigration, legal, or consulting environment is an advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to analyse reports and monitor operational performance.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.

Salary: N300,000 - N350,000 / Month (depending on experience).
