Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or it equivalent in Estate Management, Building Technology or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in soft service Facility management
Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning and use of cleaning machines and cleaning chemicals
Ability to carry out post construction cleaning inspections prepare appropriate BOQ
Experience in post construction cleaning
Strong team leadership and supervision abilities.
